Alexis is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist with over 20 years of experience in Health and Wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) and is certified in Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture and Medical Microneedling.

As the founder of Heart Seven, Alexis established a welcoming and transformative space where clients can achieve radiant health and balance. Her specialties include Cosmetic Acupuncture for facial rejuvenation, pre + post natal care, endometriosis, menstrual disorders, chronic pain management, skincare, and the treatment of emotional and mental health concerns.

Alexis takes a holistic and results-driven approach, addressing the root cause of health concerns while empowering the body’s natural healing abilities. She tailors each treatment plan using traditional Chinese medicine principles and modern diagnostic techniques, often incorporating longevity-focused lifestyle practices for lasting wellness.
